There are pretty Closet Queens, and there are snarling Road Dogs...this is a good example of the latter! 1979 Gibson "The Paul", in good player condition. This guitar has obviously seen some pretty heavy use, and has significant finish wear on the mahogany neck and body. There's an old headstock repair, which seems to be very solid, although not cosmetically perfect by any means. The pickups look to be original, and are dated the same as the body. Frets have some wear, but are still plenty playable. The guitar actually plays very well, in fact. Original hardshell case included, with all latches and hinges functional but rusty and corroded.
