Nice 1969 Gibson Heritage 12 acoustic 12-string guitar. Square-shoulder dreadnought, spruce top, rosewood back and sides. Unlike quite a few 12-strings, this one is actually very playable. The neck is on the wider side, at a full 2" nut width. Good frets. Fine, blooming tone.
As you can see in the photos, it's got quite a bit of finish checking (just the RIGHT amount, in our opinion). Really nice figure on the bookmatched rosewood back and sides. This one has a passive undersaddle pickup, and ships in a generic hardshell case.
