This vintage Fender Pro Reverb 2x12" combo
is a bit of a mystery. Although it sports a pre-1967 blackface control panel, other features would date it as a "silverface" era amp, 1975-1976. We checked all the documentation we could find, including transformer and pot codes, design features, and specifications. We can't know for sure, but our guess is that it's a mid-1970s amp that was modified with a blackface replacement panel. Like a lot of vintage Fender gear, there's conflicting info here.
It's had a comprehensive cap job, the original speakers have been replaced with a pair of Eminence Legends. No major rips or tears in the tolex or grill cloth.
