Very cool 1980-vintage Fender Lead II
electric guitar, with Fender hardshell case. This model featured a pair of single-coil pickups, with a 3-way selector. With the middle position chosen, the second toggle allowed a choice between running the pickups in series or parallel. The finish has a significant amount of crazing, but no loose flaking (people pay a lot of money for this finish!). Frets have some wear, but plenty of life left. Pickups and pots appear to be original. Not sure if the case is original, but it's the right size and age...likewise, the included strap is definitely correct as supplied with these.
