1991 Alvarez Yairi DY-80 12-string dreadnought,
in very good condition. Includes generic hardshell case. These were handbuilt in Japan, and are widely-regarded to be fine instruments. Spruce top, rosewood (called Coral Rosewood by Yairi) back and sides, ebony fretboard, mahogany neck with rosewood headstock overlay. A passive undersaddle pickup, with a volume control on the top shoulder was installed at some point. The control is a little scratchy, but functional. There are a few minor small dings, as one would expect on a 35-yr old instrument.
