Really nice 1986 Alvarez Yairi DY-72 12-string acoustic guitar. High quality instrument, made in Japan. In overall very good condition, considering it's age. Wear spots include pick scratching and a few small dings in the top. Frets are fine. Includes a hardshell case that is a bit worn, but still plenty protective.
